Comments: This shell was created to align with the state database but there is no record of bank proposal being submitted to the Corps for review. On 5/25/17 the Corps contacted to LGU and Sponsor asking for any record of application or other Corps involvement in the project. No response has been received. Shell terminated as no record of request for federal approval exists. QC 1/2016 MnDOT transfer credits in #1553 shown as a withdrawal, now at 6.34, that must be adjusted as MnDOT withdraws credits for projects. NRD QC 3/2015 NRD MnDOT received 8 acres for their use, 6.72 remaining. State review complete thru final credit release. .
